Couple: Sherri and Kelvin

“Dear Courtney,Kelvin and I want to thank you for all of your hard work in making our wedding such a wonderful success.  From the moment I contacted you I knew that you would be on top of things, and I was right.  Our wedding had some special challenges - from being a mini-destination wedding weekend with separate ceremony and reception locations, to us being responsible for our own decorations - it was definitely a hands-on event.  Thanks to you and your friendly assistant Erin, it flowed together seamlessly.Although we hired you as a day-of coordinator, you were a calming presence for several months leading up to the big weekend.  Walking thru the locations with you beforehand and being able to ask you for your input during the planning process were excellent touchstones that made me feel we were on the right path.  Additionally, having you join us for the rehearsal, and being able to meet with you the night before the wedding gave me some much-needed peace of mind.  When I woke up Saturday morning without a voice, it was nothing short of a blessing to know that you had everything under control.  I was able to rest and recover knowing you were in charge.  What a treat it was to walk into each location and see it decorated for the first time!  The ceremony was stunning and the reception site looked absolutely beautiful.  My bridesmaids told me you were the genius behind the fireside centerpiece of oranges and lemon leaves.  It was gorgeous.  Thank you.Every wedding has its bumps and moments of drama.  Happily for us there were very few, and you were there to help smooth out any trouble spots.  Our guests are still raving aout the entire weekend, describing it as "a retreat" where they felt "completely taken care of".  I for one agree, and I know that we simply could not have done it without you, Courtney.Warmest Wishes,Sherri Smith”
